JOB ANALYSIS
The purpose of the job analysis process is to identify and document important work activities and behaviours performed on the job, and the specific competencies or knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics (KSAOs) necessary to perform these activities. Job analysis serves as an important foundation for recommending appropriate pre employment test assessments and providing evidence of job-relatedness in the event of a legal challenge.

PreVisor’s confirmatory job analysis approach is designed to efficiently confirm and document the appropriate assessments for a particular job. This approach allows our clients to leverage the extensive employment test validity research already conducted on PreVisor assessments, and provides an expedient alternative to more extensive job analysis approaches. More extensive job analysis and competency modeling approaches are available, and are recommended in certain situations where custom deliverables or comprehensive system design are required.

IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES
When designing an assessment solution or broader employee selection system, PreVisor believes the focus must remain on improving the workforce with effective assessment tools while assuring an efficient, technology-enabled recruitment and selection process. Analyse/Plan
Gain a thorough understanding of clients’ existing needs and challenges in order to ensure full alignment with business objectives.

Design
Collect data to analyse the situation; conduct job analysis; recommend an appropriate assessment solution and process design; and design custom assessment or interview content as required.

Build/Test
Build the online assessment solution, set-up and configure the client’s assessment site, and test for quality assurance.

Implement
Review solutions and train end-users to ensure full readiness prior to rollout. Integrate with existing client technology systems (e.g., applicant tracking systems) as needed.

Validate and Optimise
Demonstrate impact of the implemented solution on key business outcomes, and fine-tune the employment test solution for ongoing imrpovement.
